“Research Festa” – a winter feature at Chuo

中大冬の〝風物詩″―リサーチ・フェスタ

  “Research Festa” is an annual forum of research presentations initiated by student volunteers for the students of Chuo University’s Faculty of Policy Studies. The event has now become a winter feature at Chuo as it greets its fifth anniversary in December 2017. The last session held in December 2016 drew a record number of 27 presentations and audiences in excess of 450. Hakumon Herald interviewed members of the executive committee which plans and manages Research Festa, a faculty member who supports it and a professor who serves as judge to find the significance and appeal of the annual event. 　学生による、学生のための研究発表会。これが中央大学総合政策学部のリサーチ・フェスタだ。学生有志の提案から始まったこのイベントは中大の冬の〝風物詩″となっており、今年５年目を迎える。昨年１２月に開催された前回フェスタでは、２７の研究発表と４５０人を超す参加者が集まり、過去最大のイベントとなった。そこで白門ヘラルドは、フェスタを企画・運営する実行委員会のメンバー、審査員を務める担当教授に話を聞き、フェスタの意義、その魅力を探ってみた。
